My guest today is Ben Bergeron, one of the most influential and successful CrossFit coaches in the industry. Ben has taken athletes to the top of the podium of the CrossFit Games and has one of the most sought after online training programs in the community. He is also the owner of CrossFit New England, and a driving force behind several companies in the functional fitness industry including Kill Cliff, No Bull, and Fuel for Fire.
During our conversation Ben had me hanging on every word… He’s super well spoken and has an incredible amount of knowledge to share.
I asked him all about the different businesses he’s involved in, how he manages his time, and balances his life with so much going on all the time.
We also discussed the economics behind being an elite level coach for some of the best CrossFit athletes in the sport.
Ben even shared his thoughts on some of the common mistakes gym owners and coaches make when it comes to their business and brand.
I kind of feel like I say this all the time, but I really do think this is one of the best interviews I’ve ever done on the podcast!
